RADIANCE... AFTER HOURS AT EL MUSEO.







El Museo del Barrio, often known simply as "El Museo" (the museum) is a museum located in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. It is located towards the northern end of Museum Mile, immediately north of the Museum of the City of New York and south of the future Museum for African Art. 

Founded in 1969, El Museo specializes in Latin American and Caribbean art, with an emphasis on works from Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rican community in New York City.






RADIANCE after hours at El Museo:

Stay up late this summer in the After Hours at El Museo, every Wednesday from 6pm to 9 pm, since last June 19, 2013 until next August 28, 2913.
Stay for free gallery admission  gallery talks, special performances, exhibitions.
Start the night off with gallery talks by artists in El Museo’s 7th biennial exhibition La Bienal: Here is Where We Jump   and Presencia and end the night with  music from the resident DJ 5ifty5ive and Les Carbonell. Free admission.
